CAPTAIN TONY BUFFA FISHING CHARTERS
Fishing Report #6 03/08/07
To all my fishing friends: Another week and yet another seminar at Bass Pro Shops, Finger Lakes Mall, Auburn, NY this Sat., March 10 at 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. Last week I covered early season walleye tactics for Oneida lake. The topics this Saturday are walleyes in the weeds and fall walleyes by day and by night. I will also elaborate on the fall yellow perch fishery. Weed walleyes dominate the late June and July fishery. Come and learn more about weed tactics and you will clearly improve your walleye take on Oneida during the summer months. Jim Flood and guests enjoy their June outings on Oneida. Here they are with a complete limit of "eyes".
Night time walleyes like the taste of Bass Pro Shops XPS Nitro Suspend Minnow. John Lamb, Utica, his father-in-law and I know first hand how well the Nitro performs at night!
This will complete by six seminar stretch through winter. I will also be at the store during the last two weekends in March for their Spring Fishing Classic. My presentations during that time will be at the fish tank with some demos. March has roared in like a lion and hopefully will exit like a lamb. I am so excited to prep the Bandito III for the beginning of my 32nd. season on Lake Ontario; especially with my new ride from last season ( 31' Penn Yan twin screw, 11' beam + many creature comforts). Remember to schedule your outings for 2007 soon to insure the dates of your choice. Until next "tide", cap'n tony
